BOOMj, Inc. to Present at Southern California Investment Association National Investment Conference

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Robert J. McNulty, Chairman and CEO of BOOMj, Inc. (OTCBB: BOMJ - News), a social network and niche portal with an e-commerce platform for Baby Boomers and Generation Jonsers, will present at the Southern California Investment Association (SCIA) this Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Newport Beach, CA.

SCIA is a comprehensive national alliance of almost 200 member firms consisting of FINRA broker/ dealers, institutional, investment and merchant bankers, investment advisors, analysts, market makers, financial service managers, fund managers, venture capitalist, media and accredited investors from all over the U.S. Over the past 8 years, members of this organization have funded more than $100 million per year as well as supported and assisted hundreds of public companies. BOOMj, Inc. is looking to complete its private placement of $4 million that has an over-allotment allowance of $1 million.

BOOMjs business model is based on the integration of content, advertising and e-commerce. At the center of the business is the ability to create cross-selling opportunities and develop superior economics by driving traffic to the Web site through aggressive e-commerce offering everyday low prices competitive with Amazon.com.
